Our solar screens are designed to block the harsh sun rays from coming into your home that would otherwise lead to a hot house and high energy bills. Solar screens are specifically designed and installed to sit on the outside of your windows-ensuring the UV rays will not touch the glass and the window will be protected. All of our solar screens are specially made with Phifer products that block 80 - 90% of the sun's rays. They work to protect your furniture and floors from fading and also provide privacy during the daytime. Solar screens help to not only keep the heat out during the summer season, but also help trap in the heat during the chillier months. Our solar screens are also very easy to maintain and keep clean-a simple wash with a mild soap and water does the trick. The Phifer products we use are not only made with water shed technology that helps to repel dirt and debris from collecting on the screens, but they are also infused with Microban and are Greenguard Gold certified. Microban is an antimicrobial solution that works to keep stain-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew off of the screens. All of Phifer's products are Greenguard Gold certification which means they have been tested and found to meet the most rigorous standards for low chemical emissions, ensuring they contribute to healthier indoor air quality.

We also offer different design styles and colors when custom-making your solar screens. We specialize in "Colonials" which is the grid pattern that is seen above in these photos. It is more of a traditional, colonial-style of architecture that is seen in many homes. When the window is divided up into multiple, smaller panes of glass, bars are used to create the grid-like pattern. The use of Colonials helps to preserve the aesthetic of the window even when adding a solar screen. Additionally, we also make screens that fit windows that have an arch, or a curve at the top of the window. We also can make screens for windows that are circle or oval shape. We also supply a wide range of different colors to choose from when selecting the products you want your solar screens to be made out of. This gives our customers ample freedom to create the custom design and look they desire.

Our roll-up shades offer all the same great benefits that our regular solar screens offer. They are assembled to custom-fit any space whether that be in your home, business, or even outdoors on your patio or porch. They are made out of a heavy-duty woven mesh material that offers excellent UV protection, helps to reduce cooling and heating costs, and provides privacy- letting you see out but not letting others see in. Just as our regular solar screens, our roll-up shades also reduce the fading of furniture and flooring from the sun's harsh rays while still maintaining anti-glare properties and providing good ventilation. Our-roll up shades are created with a single piece of material that rolls into a tube at the top of the shade, they are moved up and down via a cord/chain mechanism that allows you to leave them at the height you choose. Our roll-up shades can be fabricated in the same colors that are offered in our traditional solar screens-ensuring our customers can achieve the custom-look they desire.

We also fabricate bug screens. These are screens made with "Phiferglass"- a fiberglass mesh material that is woven together and sealed with a vinyl coating. This makes the screens noncombustible and helps protect them from rusting, staining, and corroding. These screens only cover the bottom 1/2 of the window. They are intended to cover the area that is exposed when your window is open. They help to keep pests like bugs and insects out of your home while not hindering air flow whatsoever. Just like our regular solar screens, they can be easily cleaned with water and a mild soap if needed.
